Indoor Swimming Pool

The salt-water system pool is heated to 28 degrees, a door from the pool room leads to a changing area, shower 'wet' room and WC room, all wheelchair accessible. The pool has 'roman' steps for easy entry and exit; depth of pool from 1m to 1.8m with an integral safety ledge all round the pool so no-one need ever feel out of their depth.

The pool can be used daily from 8.00am until 10.30pm -  there is a seating area at one end of the pool room, we supply sun-loungers, chairs and small low tables.  When the large sliding door is locked the pool is safe with no risk of children straying near (see pool safety notes).

If you fancy an evening swim the pool room has lights both within the room and the pool itself and the pool can be used till 10.30pm -  Pool season 2022, 1 May to end September.

Children's Play Area and Games

The children's grassed play area has swings, slide, climbing rope and covered sand pit with a bench in the shade.  There are also children's play items available for use in the sandpit, and each gite has a set of children's plastic boules, there are gravelled areas for playing boules.

There is a large grassed area with net for playing badminton/volley ball - we supply a selection of badminton racquets and shuttlecocks for use by our guests.

We also have a 6 player set for croquet which is available on request. We have recently added a full size table tennis table to our available facilities - bats/balls are available on request. 

Wheelchair Accessibility

La Vigne, the largest of our holiday gites is suitable for both elderly guests and those using a wheelchair. With three bedrooms plus sleeping area off the lounge it can sleep up to 9 people, so is ideal for larger groups of family or friends. It has also been designed for wheelchair users. A wheelchair friendly ground floor sleeping area with 4'6" double located off of the main lounge connects with the large wheel-in wet floor shower room, containing shower, toilet and wash basin. A sloped floor (instead of steps) connects the kitchen dining room to the salon living area. The Salon living area also has level access from the outside terrace through double doors.
