Accommodation
Kitchenette
French style oak kitchen units with built-in electric 4 plate hob, extractor, built in sink, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and ample cupboard space.
Equipment includes electric kettle and teapot, electric coffee filter, electric iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, all necessary crockery, glasses, cutlery, etc. for min. six people, high chair, electric fan for use in very hot weather.

Lounge/dining area
The entrance door leads into a large living room with original beams and stone fireplace with wood burning stove.
There is a sitting area with large comfortable sofa bed, easy chairs and TV/ VCR The living space is open plan with a dining area containing table and six chairs.

Bedroom 1
This has a pine double bed, built-in wardrobe and two chest of drawers. The room has subtle wall lighting and a carpeted floor. Also incorporated within the room is one of the beautifully restored original beams. |
Bedroom 2
Small room with bunk beds, hanging rail, chest of drawers, carpeted floor.

Bathroom
Tiled room with bath, shower over bath, basin and WC. There is also a heated towel rail and shaver point.
