Dining area with table and 6 chairs (approx size of living area 23ft x 14ft). Tiled floor throughout. Fitted kitchen with sink and taps, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, ample cupboards, worktop: equipment includes electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave/grill, all necessary crockery glasses, etc. for min 6 people. Large cupboard under stairs houses cleaning equipment, hoover, ironing board etc.

There is a sitting area with large comfortable sofa bed, easy chairs and TV/ VCR.
