Kitchen/dining room
There is a large kitchen/dining room with fitted kitchen units, electric cooker with 4 ring hob and oven, large fridge-freezer, second small fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, dining table and chairs; the usual kitchen equipment including electric iron, ironing board, electric kettle and teapot, electric coffee filter, hover etc., plus highchair.

Lounge
The spacious lounge has two large comfortable sofa beds, one of which has a sprung mattress. There are also a number of armchairs, coffee table, alcove with books, videos, children’s games, colour TV and video recorder, and radio/CD player. This room can be used as a 4th bedroom. |
Master bedroom
Large room with double bed, cot, large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps, easy chair, hairdryer; en-suite tiled bathroom with WC, basin, bath with mixer shower taps, shaver point; electric fan for very hot weather. |
Bedroom 2
A set of 3ft pine bunk beds, one single bed, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinet, ideal for children.
A child safety gate is provided at the top of the stairs, which are quite steep.

Bedroom 3
A large room with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, easy chair.

Shower Room
There is also a tiled shower room with spacious shower cubicle, thermostatically controlled shower, WC, basin, shaver point, which is located to provide a bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3.
